We really hope that you enjoy your book(s), however if you do have a problem here is our refund and returns policy.

Refunds & Returns

All books are printed on demand and are custom-made for each order. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or order by mistake.
If your book(s) arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will require your order number and clear photo proof of the issue to process a replacement or refund.
Refunds or replacements are not available for issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, only the product price (excluding shipping) may be refunded.

For any issues or to request a replacement/refund due to damage or defect, please email us with your order details and photos of the problem.
