Order Processing

All books are printed on demand and dispatched directly from our partner, Bookvault.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once printed, your order is shipped promptly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and internationally.
If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Where possible, multiple books may be consolidated into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK orders: Usually delivered in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International orders: Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs processing, or unexpected delays.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is included, you will receive a link in your dispatch confirmation email.
Some international destinations may not support tracking; please refer to your confirmation email for specific details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check tracking (if available) and contact us.
We will work with you and Bookvault to resolve any issues or arrange a replacement if needed.
