1. Products and Orders
All picture books are printed on demand. Orders are processed as soon as payment is received.
Once an order is submitted and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice before you place your order.
Payments are processed securely at checkout via Wix’s payment system.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Bookvault, our print-on-demand partner.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
Because each book is custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors.
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Use of this website for unlawful or abusive purposes is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images and text, is owned by Avalyn Godfrey and may not be used without permission.
7. Sharing Information with Bookvault
To fulfill your order, we share the necessary personal details (name, shipping address, and order information) with Bookvault. This information is used solely for printing and delivering your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
