Avalyn, (15 when she created the book) drew inspiration from her own life when creating Lizzy’s journey. She has lived with long COVID for over three years. Her daily life is affected by chronic fatigue, brain fog, joint pain, dizziness, and sensory issues. Through this book, Avalyn aims to bring joy to children. She hopes to inspire them to find their unique paths toward achieving their dreams, just like Lizzy.
